Outreach
Work the queue top-down: it's ordered by what's due, then priority. Every touch you log is remembered, so the next one picks up the thread.
Settings
Your navigation quick links, MCP server connections, and the email processors (Sniffer, Asks and Knowledge) with their logs. Everything else that is personal to you (profile, email, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, schedule and more) is in My Account: click your name at the top right. Organization-wide settings are in Admin, for organization admins.
Your connections
Connect your own personal access token to any server your admin has added to the catalog, then press Start. While running, Prowler Chat can use that server's tools in your conversations — press Stop any time to take it out of rotation without losing your saved token. Servers marked "Built-in" ship with the app — no admin setup needed; just press Start, and sign in from chat the first time you use one if it asks.
No MCP servers in the catalog yet — ask an admin to add one.

Corporate Branding
Applied org-wide to generated PDF collateral (whitepaper, one pager, infographic) in place of the default Dynatrace mark and accent colors.
PNG/JPG/WebP/GIF under 2MB.
Hex colors used as accents in generated PDF collateral. Leave blank to use Dynatrace defaults.
Dynatrace Monitoring
Exports OpenTelemetry traces, metrics, and log records to the configured OTLP collector or Dynatrace endpoint. Configure OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT (or DT_OTLP_ENDPOINT), optionally set OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_PROTOCOL, and provide DT_API_TOKEN for Dynatrace ingest; set DT_SERVICE_NAME to override the process service name. Configuration is read from .env or your host's environment settings at startup. Each AI span is tagged with an app name such as prowler-research-contact; exporter errors are written to the server log.
AI provider and credentials
Settings are grouped by provider so model, endpoint, and key fields stay together.
AI prompt library
Inspect the built-in instructions for each AI-assisted workflow and add your own tailored guidance. Your guidance is applied only to that workflow; required output schemas and tool/access safeguards remain enforced.

AI guardrails
Platform-wide limits on what the AI features may send, store, record and spend. They apply to every user and every AI workflow, and sit alongside — not inside — each workflow's prompt instructions. Only the platform admin can change them.

MCP server catalog
MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers available to everyone in your organization — this is your org's own control panel for them, invisible to and unaffected by other organizations on the platform. Adding one here makes it selectable below; each person still signs in with their own identity (device code, personal token, or browser sign-in, depending on the server) to actually use it. Admin only.
No MCP servers added yet.
Microsoft 365 app registration
The Azure AD app registration (client ID, secret, tenant) that lets people in your organization connect their Microsoft 365 accounts, plus the Teams webhook for deal and task notifications. Only organization admins can change these. Each person connects their own account under My Account → Microsoft 365.

🛡 Platform Admin
Manage every organization on the platform, plus their users and access. This page is only visible to the platform administrator.
Organizations
Check an organization's box to view its users on the Users tab. Pick a plan and it takes effect immediately — seat and AI-credit limits are enforced live.
Loading…
Pricing plans
Edit limits and prices any time — changes apply to every org on that plan immediately, no deploy needed. Leave a limit blank for unlimited.

Feature catalog
Everything you can sell or give away. Set the description customers see, internal notes, and a per-seat monthly price. A feature reaches an organization three ways: free for every org, included as standard in a plan, or subscribed separately (billed per seat on top of the plan). Organization admins can then switch any available feature on or off for their org.
Loading…
Organization subscriptions
Features organizations pay for separately from their plan — whether they subscribed themselves or you added them. These flow into each organization's invoice draft as add-on lines.

AI Router
Sends each AI request to a capability tier (lite / mid / top) and picks the fastest, cheapest healthy model in that tier from recent real usage — instead of one hand-picked model per workflow. Start in Shadow to compare against your manual tuning before switching to Auto.

Billing (Square)
Platform-wide Square credentials — powers the public pricing/signup page's paid-plan checkout and every organization's recurring subscription billing. Get credentials at developer.squareup.com/apps — use Sandbox until you're ready to accept real payments.
Loading…
Platform email (SMTP)
The platform's own mail server. It sends system mail and the mail of any user who has not linked a mailbox of their own. Users link personal mailboxes under My Account → Email, and organizations get that (and the Mail & Calendar client) when their plan includes SMTP email — see the Plans tab.

Invoices
Internal billing ledger — track what every org owes and what's been paid, regardless of whether it came through Square or was recorded manually (wire, check, handshake deal).
